He received the title of "Associate Professor of Urology" in the first exam in 1996; In 1998, he passed the "Clinical Chief/Assistant Chief Center examination" prepared by OSYM, which was the first and only one in Turkey, and became the "Urology Clinic Chief (Director)" of the "Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital" where he worked.
He received training on "Female Urology - Urinary Incontinence" and "Urological Cancer Surgery" in the United States of America (USA) in 2000, 2001 and 2002, while he was the clinical chief of Okmeydanı Training Hospital. He received Urological cancer surgery training and "Radical Cystectomy and Intestinal Artificial Bladder training" in Switzerland in the treatment of Advanced Bladder Cancer and when he returned to his clinic, he performed "Radical Prostatectomy" surgery in the treatment of Prostate Cancer, surgeries to solve women's urinary incontinence problem and Intestinal Bladder (Artificial Bladder) training.
